Quality Control

At Prime Bond, we are equipped with two advanced ACP manufacturing lines that boast an impressive annual production capacity of 2 million square meters of ACP. This extensive capacity ensures we can meet high demand while maintaining superior product quality. Our manufacturing processes are optimized for excellent homogeneity to the core, facilitated by a state-of-the-art hot catalytic fusion mechanism that utilizes eight-stage rollers for online lamination. This sophisticated process enhances the competitive edge of PRIME BOND ACPs by ensuring flawless bonding and uniform lamination across all our products. The adhesive films used in our lamination processes are crafted using advanced full-blown technology, which guarantees exceptional bonding capabilities, even at reduced thicknesses. The protective coated coils are treated with a Kynar 500-based PVDF paint, and the core material is LDPE, ensuring durability, colour fidelity, and resistance to environmental factors. Our products undergo rigorous testing for durability, shade quality, tensile strength, weatherproofing, flatness, and smoothness, ensuring that each panel meets the highest standards of quality and performance.
